Description
This week’s class alternates between strength and cardio for a sweaty, full-body workout that challenges both coordination and endurance.
We’re using creative, multi-muscle dumbbell combinations paired with athletic cardio intervals to keep things moving and engaging from start to finish.
Some of the strength work is layered and requires focus, so take your time learning the patterns. You get 30 seconds to work — 15 seconds to recover. Use the pause button if you need to.

• Alternating strength & cardio intervals

• 15 seconds recovery
• Full body
• Warm up + cool down included
• Light to moderate dumbbells
