Straight from my book, Yoga Fix, this Low Belly Pooch fix is going to activate your TVA and glutes (slightly!) to help correct the pelvic tilt that often makes you appear as if you have a belly pooch. I've noticed that a lot of women feel they have this and it has nothing to do with body fat, but with posture. When your pelvis isn't in neutral but tipped forward, it can make you look like you have a "belly pooch," but you don't! You just need to make sure your muscles are doing the necessary work to keep your posture intact.
