The idea of "vitality" has been on my mind because someone had asked me about a supplement making them feel more vital. I think supplements have a place, but movement is much more powerful in how alive it can make us feel. This flow is designed to help you feel how strong you are. Our sequencing isn't typical, so it requires your mind to stay focused and engaged as your body moves through each part: we'll do some core activation, lunges and warriors, forward fold variations, hip openers, and some hamstring stretches too. You'll feel energized and invigorated by the end!
