If you're looking for a class designed to help bring functional strength and awareness to the core and pelvic floor, this is it. You can do this as a class for the general health of these areas, but it's also completely safe for any stage of pregnancy if you're preparing for birth. We'll move through poses that strengthen and stabilize and others that lengthen and release. It's well-balanced and will have you feeling SO GOOD by the end! Even the hips get a little love in this one -- enjoy!
