Yoga for Knee Strength
Level: Any
Props: Strap and/or towel

This flow will help strengthen the areas around the knee so you can feel more stable and experience less pain. If you're recovering from an injury or are currently injured, be sure to get clearance to exercise from your doctor first! We'll do some static stretches for the hamstrings and IT bands, then work into activation of the quads, improve single-leg stability and quad strength, and end class with a few hip openers. Enjoy!
