This flow will help dissolve tension in the back. We'll work through a sequence that targets the whole back, 360 degrees, so you can feel freer to move in no time! Look forward to a slow pace and lots of stretchy, feel-good poses like twists, chest openers, thread the needle, child's pose variations, and even some hip openers to ensure your hamstrings and hips aren't causing any issues for the low back either.
