In this workout, i will be taking you guys through my chest and back day, and showing you how I combine bodybuilding and calisthenics in my training to maximize my results.
My goal is to build as much muscle as possible while staying functional. The Exercises in this video and the way they are put together will help you do that.
Workout:
Pec fly machine SS with declined pushups
3 working sets
Incline press machine SS with dips
3 working sets
Pull-ups SS with John meadows pull-downs
3-4 working sets
Seated close-grip row
3 working sets
Bench Incline high row SS with Australian pull-up
3 working sets
