I make bone broth most weeks, especially if I’m feeling a bit run down, fighting off a cold or just want something comforting. It’s naturally rich in collagen and amino acids that support gut health and immunity.
I like to take it up a notch with extra anti-inflammatory spices like garlic, ginger and cloves for flavour and immune support. It’s one of my favourite healthy habits during cold and flu season. Hope you enjoy it too!
