  • TIME: 10 Minute AMRAP; 4 Minute Core Work

  • DIFFICULTY: You can make this workout as easy or challenging as you want. The intensity of the workout is up to you based on how heavy you go or how quickly you move!

I LOVE AMRAP style workouts. This workout style give you an opportunity to work at your own pace. The goal is to get as many rounds as possible completed in the 10 minute workout. You can stay light with your dumbbells, move quickly and get a lot of rounds completed or you can go heavier with your dumbbells, move a little slower, get fewer rounds - that works too! Either way you will get a killer workout that is going to blast calories and build muscle!

After your AMRAP workout is competed you will have a 4 minute Core finisher to tighten core and strengthen abs!
