Today, your workout is focused on Ab Work! This is a Steph Lyons Fitness Core Workout!
This workout is a great way to start or end your day or is an incredible add on to any other workout! We will focus on core exercises for strength and stability. A strong core will help with obtaining perfect posture as well!

While we cannot spot reduce belly fat, we still need to focus on building core strength. Reducing processed food and incorporating strength training will help to reduce extra weight around the belly area. There are still so many benefits to dedicating time to strengthening your core.
