I love Upper Body workouts!! Nothing like a killer Chest and BackWorkout and Ab exercises to finish it!

  • TIME: 18 Minutes

  • EQUIPMENT: Dumbbells

  • DIFFICULTY: You can make this workout as easy or challenging as you want. The intensity of the workout is up to you based on how heavy you go. I encourage each round you go a little bit heavier with your weights.

For your workout today you will need dumbbells. You will have 4 Supersets. 2 Supersets dedicated to your Chest and 2 Supersets dedicated to working your Back.
You will perform each exercise for 30 seconds. You will repeat the supersets 3 times, giving you an opportunity to grab heavier dumbbells to start building lean muscle mass! At the end of the 3rd round you will get a 30 second rest.

For the Core Finisher, you have 4 exercises, 30 seconds / exercise and you will repeat it 2 times to complete your workout.
