Today's core strength workout is a focused 8 Minute Plank Progression workout. This must do plank challenge will help to build core strength.

While we cannot spot reduce belly fat, we still need to focus on building a strong core. Reducing processed food and incorporating strength training will help to reduce extra weight around the belly area. There are still so many benefits to dedicating time to strengthening your core.

A strong core will

  • Improve Balance

  • Better Form While Working Out or Performing Other Activities

  • Increase Stability

  • Reduce or Prevent Pain
