Hey Friends. Here's a nice little core challenge where we hold various forms of a plank for a total of 10 minutes. It's a really good test for your physical and mental ability to power through sustained tension and fatigue for a long period of time. Give it a shot and if 10 minutes is way too long for you then you can always reduce the hold times to whatever suits your level, as long as you really challenge yourself!
