A nice quick 15 minute body blaster here... a lot of benefit in short and simple workouts. The important thing is you're moving! Couple this up with some walking throughout the day and that's really all you need.

This is designed for busy people and is a full body workout. You can do the whole thing once or even double (or triple?!) it up if you feel able and ready.

Maybe try and hang a little (if you have access to a pull-up bar), or complement this routine with some pull-ups.
