5 Minute Cardio and Conditioning With Double Unders (Advanced)
Description
Hey friends! Another micro workout you can do as a standalone or to complement the end of any training you already do. I like to do this quick and effective heart pumper after I've done some calisthenics training or weightlifting. If you're comfortable doing double unders, give this little workout a try. Adjust times and sets however you see fit. If you can't do a double under and maybe wish you could, then simply begin practicing! They're great for explosiveness, endurance, and conditioning. Not to mention balance, coordination, and agility! Give it a shot!
