Hey Friends! This is a yoga based strength workout that's pretty challenging so not for beginners. As long as you're strong and confident in moving through the body and with various bodyweight exercises, give this a try. We'll "flow" in the sense that we breathe through different basic yoga postures and rep out some strong body movements, without any real rest for the 25 minutes. Modify anything as you see fit. Be conscious of what your body can and cannot do and don't push beyond your limits. Let's practice!
