45 Seconds ON following with a 15 seconds of rest.

  1. Jumping Jacks

  2. Hand Plank Frog to Reverse Snap

  3. Reverse Lunge to Front Kick (right)

  4. Reverse Lunge to Front Kick (left)

  5. Alternating Side Plank up and down to Push-up

  6. Alternating Curtsy Lunge to Jump Squat

  7. Reverse Crunch to Crunch

  8. Pistols
