Welcome to my Channel. Today we are going for a 28 Minutes Workout using Dumbbells.
I am using a set of 10 pounds and a set of 15 pounds. Use what suits you.

This time we are going for 3 Different Circuits of 3 Exercises for 3 rounds.

45 Seconds ON followed with a 15 Seconds of REST

Get ready to sweat, build muscle and endurance.

Circuit 1

  1. Hand Plank Row to Pushup

  2. Alternating DB Reverse Lunge

  3. Reverse Fly to Shoulder Lateral Raise
    Going for 3 Rounds

Circuit 2

  1. Font Squat

  2. Iso Alternatin 2x Bicep Curls

  3. Dead Lift to Bent over row Combo
    Going for 3 Rounds

Circuit 3

  1. Scissors Lunge

  2. Hand Plank Altnernating Out Knee tuck to knee cross

  3. Chest Press Alternating Leg raise Combo
    Going for 3 Rounds
