This time we are going for 3 Different Circuits of 3 Exercises for 3 rounds.
45 Seconds ON followed with a 15 Seconds of REST

Alternating DB Reverse Lunge
Reverse Fly to Shoulder Lateral Raise
Going for 3 Rounds
Circuit 2
Font Squat
Iso Alternatin 2x Bicep Curls
Dead Lift to Bent over row Combo
Going for 3 Rounds
Circuit 3
Scissors Lunge
Hand Plank Altnernating Out Knee tuck to knee cross
Chest Press Alternating Leg raise Combo
Going for 3 Rounds
