Follow me with this 20 minutes workout. All you need is your mat and a bottle of water !

We are going for 3 ROUNDS of 10 different exercices.
30 Seconds of work followed with 10 seconds of Rest.

  1. Mountain Climbing

  2. Full Sit Up Toe Touch

  3. Dynamic Squats

  4. Alternating Side Lunges

  5. Chair Hold

  6. Hand Plank Reach to Push-up

  7. 3 Pulses Squat to Jump up

  8. Superman

  9. Side Plank Rotation (Left)

  10. Side Plank Rotation (Right)

Make sure you warm up first !!
