Description
Follow along with this full body dumbbell workout. Burn calories and build your muscles in this 25 minutes workout routine. I am using a pair of 12 pounds Dumbbells. Use what is good for you but make sure you are challenged.

๐๐ป 3 rounds per circuits
๐๐ป 45 seconds ON followed by 15 seconds REST
