25 Minute FULL BODY HIIT workout - Cardio & Weights

Follow along with me with this 25 Minute FULL BODY HIIT Workout.

Today we have a 2 Circuits of 6 exercises and we will repeat 3x each circuit.

For your reference i am using a set of 15 pounds Dumbbells, you may want to use lighter or heavier depending on your fitness level. Make sure you are challenged.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป 2 Circuits for 3x
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Make sure you warm up first

Circuit # 1

  1. Squat to Bicep curls

  2. Pistols

  3. Renegade Row

  4. 2 pulses lunge to shoulder press (right)

  5. 2 pulses lunge to shoulder press (left)

  6. Elbow Plank Hip Dips

Circuit # 2

  1. Half Burpee

  2. Mountain Climbing

  3. Forward Lunge to Back Lunge Switch

  4. Dead Lift

  5. Shoulder Tap Push-up

  6. Overhead Tricep Press
