I created 3 PRE-STRENGTH TRAINING MOBILITY FLOWS for you to follow along with before your next training session - whether you're a weight or powerlifter, runner, swimmer, cyclist or move differently and want some WARM UP inspiration!

In this 15 MINUTE CLASS each of the FLOWS focus on the hips, spine and shoulders. I teach them as a ladder, so you can learn variations of each and experiment with them in your own time. You can also do them as a circuit or explore them independently! It's also a great daily YOGA INSPIRED mobility flow for you to do!
