This quick and powerful 10-minute session blends mobility and strength using just two kettlebells (I’m using 2x 16kg). It’s the perfect combo to help you move better, feel stronger, and train smarter—all in under 15 minutes.

With a HIIT format and no repeat exercises, you’ll challenge your muscles in different planes of motion while working on joint control, balance, and core engagement. This is how you build real, functional strength.

Workout Format:
10 Exercises | No Repeat
40 sec work / 20 sec rest

You’ll move through:

• Half-Kneeling Windmill (Right)
