Description
If there is one simple (but not easy) workout that has kept me honest and in tip-top shape it has to be this one. This has been my go-to bodyweight workout for years. It's simple, it's fun, and it doesn't take much time at all.
I use it to maintain a high-level baseline fitness that keeps me pretty well-conditioned for most activities I engage in.
Have fun with this, make it your own. If it seems too challenging, simply do your best, continue to train and practice, and eventually you'll get it in full.
