Description
This is a short and sweet MORNING MOBILITY class for you to follow along with! I'll be guiding you through some floor based, BODY WEIGHT movement to wake everything up and feel ready for the day! In this 21 MINUTE class (which you can do DAILY!) there will be stretches and drills that cover all areas, from the neck down to the ankles!
I really hope you have just as much fun practicing along with me as I did creating this class! So let's get moving and grooving!
