Description
I had a lot of requests to do a video focussing on STRENGTHENING the HANDS and WRISTS. In this class, I'll be covering 5 AREAS: mobility, tendon health, body weight resistance, strength and recovery! The aim is to provide you with various exercises to help strengthen your hands and wrists for YOGA or other movements or to use them as a PREHAB or REHAB tool for carpal tunnel.

EQUIPMENT: a monster band (or small water bottle filled up), frozen golf ball (or ping poing ball or tennis ball)
