This follow-along kettlebell workout is short, dynamic, and highly effective. Using just one kettlebell, you’ll build full-body strength, power, and conditioning in under 20 minutes. Perfect for when you’re short on time but still want a serious workout.

⚠️ Please note: This workout includes advanced kettlebell exercises such as hand-to-hand snatches and tactical lunges. It is not suitable for complete beginners. If you’re new to kettlebell training, I recommend starting with my beginner-friendly workouts first.

Workout Details:
• Format: HIIT (40 sec work / 20 sec rest)
• Duration: 16 minutes (4 rounds)
• Equipment: 1 kettlebell (I’m using 16kg)
