Movement is medicine and this routine will give you a healthy dose! This has been my go-to ground movement series lately for either my morning routine or pre-training warm up - perfect to mobilize & activate your body.

A little different format than usual - we've got 12 different movements, 10 reps each. I'll guide you through TWO rounds that will get you primed and energized.
