Warm-up
3-5 minutes of cardio to get the body temperature up
Moving across the room we'll have you go through:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
Reverse Bear Crawl
Lunge Stretch with rotation
Single Leg Walking Hamstring Stretch
Part 1 Animal Flow
5 Reps each of
Side Kick through (each side)
Front Kick through (each side)
Crab Reach (each side)
*All 3 movements together = 1 rep.
Repeat 4 more times
Part 2:
12 Minute EMOM
Minute 1: Shrimp Squat x5 per leg
Minute 2: Cossack Squat x10 per leg
Minute 3: Jump Squats x15
Part 3: Mobility
2 minutes each side of a Couch Stretch
2 minutes each side of a Quad Smash on a foam roller
